Daily Routines

You are what you do, think, and feel.

You should consciously manage all three of these areas yourself. Thoughts and feelings are often unconscious. We often simply accept them as the truth. However, unconscious thoughts and feelings emerge from our past, or are based on previous events/experiences we have had, or are learned beliefs from our upbringing (parents, school, etc.). If they are negative and hold you back, this negatively affects your life and your performance:

Recognize, control, change

  • Identify the areas in which you are not yet at the place you'd like to be.
  • Become aware of where you want to go and of what you will change to achieve it. Both about your thoughts and your actions.
  • Be consistent until the new habit comes naturally to you.

Establishing small daily habits holds immense power in the long run. However, establishing these routines is difficult. It's therefore essential to seek support in this process. Your personal environment can help you, too.

I offer support,

  • Identifying the routines that are profitable for you.
  • Finding out which thoughts and feelings are holding you back in a particular area.
  • In implementing the routines. It is difficult to say how long it will take you to establish a routine. It can take anywhere from at least 21 days to three months. Especially in the beginning, it is essential not to make excuses and to keep reminding yourself why.

Areas of routine development

  • Stretching/Flexibility: view importance Special Training/Regeneration.
  • Meal preparation habits (Meal-Prep)
  • Define and become aware of your objectives: being aware of your direction in life daily is a powerful magnet to ultimately reaching your goals.
  • Energy Management: how to get into a good energy/mood after waking up, preparing myself for sleep.
  • Sleeping position: Hardly anybody thinks it, but imagine you'd walk around hunched over the whole day. Nobody would say that this would have no effect. 8-9 hours of sleep has a significant impact on your body.
  • Training/learning techniques/new learning
  • Relationship management
